I. Customization Service Plan for Dust Removal Equipment

(I) Service Objectives

Aiming at dust pollution problems in different industries and working conditions, we provide customers with personalized, high-efficiency and environmental protection standard-compliant dust removal equipment customization services. We realize precise dust collection and efficient purification, ensure production safety and compliance of operating environment, and at the same time take into account the economy of equipment and convenience of operation and maintenance.


(II) Scope of Application

It covers multiple fields such as industrial manufacturing (e.g., mechanical processing, welding, polishing), mining, building materials production (cement, ceramics, stone processing), chemical industry, grain processing, wood processing, etc. It is especially suitable for scenarios with complex dust types (e.g., flammable and explosive dust, fine particles, viscous dust), special working conditions (e.g., high temperature, high humidity, large air volume) or where conventional standard equipment cannot meet the needs.

1. Demand Research and Working Condition Analysis: 

Set up a professional technical team to go deep into the customer's production site, comprehensively investigate core information such as dust sources, dust types (composition, particle size, concentration), production process parameters (output, temperature, humidity, air volume requirements), on-site installation space, environmental protection emission standards and customer's operation and maintenance cost budget, and form a detailed working condition analysis report.

2. Personalized Scheme Design: 

Based on the working condition analysis report, carry out targeted dust removal scheme design. It includes determining the type of dust removal equipment (e.g., pulse bag filter, cyclone dust collector, electrostatic precipitator, wet dust collector, etc.), equipment structure size, filter material selection (selecting high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, anti-static and other special filter materials according to dust characteristics), air flow organization optimization, control system design (capable of automatic start-stop, fault alarm, air volume adjustment and other functions), and issuing detailed design drawings (layout plan, equipment structure drawing, pipeline connection drawing, etc.) at the same time.

3. Customized Selection of Core Components: 

According to the design scheme, select core components suitable for working conditions, such as customized special fans (to ensure air volume and air pressure meet the standards), high-efficiency filter elements, corrosion-resistant/high-temperature resistant shell materials, intelligent control system modules, etc., to ensure the stability and efficiency of the equipment. For special working conditions (e.g., flammable and explosive environments), equip explosion-proof motors, anti-static filter materials and other safety components to comply with relevant safety specifications.

4. Equipment Production and Manufacturing: 

Rely on professional production bases to organize production in strict accordance with design drawings and industry standards. Adopt advanced processing technology and testing equipment to conduct quality control on key links such as equipment shell welding, component assembly and filter material installation to ensure the equipment meets the design requirements. During the production process, visual production progress services can be provided according to customer needs.

5. Installation, Commissioning and Trial Operation: 

Arrange a professional installation team to provide on-site services, optimize the installation scheme according to the actual on-site conditions, and complete installation work such as equipment hoisting, pipeline connection and electrical wiring. After installation, conduct comprehensive commissioning (including air volume adjustment, ash cleaning system test, control system commissioning, etc.), organize equipment trial operation, verify whether the dust removal effect, operation stability and various parameters of the equipment meet the standards, and submit a trial operation report to the customer.

6. Personnel Training and Technical Support: 

Provide special training for customer operators and maintenance personnel, including equipment working principle, operation process, daily maintenance methods (e.g., filter material replacement, ash cleaning cycle adjustment), common fault diagnosis and treatment, etc. At the same time, provide a complete set of technical data (design drawings, operation manual, maintenance manual, etc.) to ensure customers can operate the equipment standardizedly.

7. After-sales Guarantee Service: 

Establish a sound after-sales guarantee system, providing continuous services such as regular inspection (on-site inspection 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after trial operation), emergency fault maintenance (24-hour response, on-site service within 48 hours in remote areas), supply of wearing parts (long-term supply of filter materials, seals, etc.), and equipment upgrading and transformation (providing equipment upgrading services according to customer's production expansion or environmental protection standard improvement needs).

II. Customization Service Process for Dust Removal Equipment

Step 1: Demand Connection (1-3 working days) 

Customers put forward dust removal equipment customization needs through telephone, online consultation, on-site visit and other ways. The customer service team initially understands basic information such as the customer's industry, production process and dust problems, connects with the technical team, determines the subsequent research arrangements, and feeds back the connection scheme to the customer.

Step 2: On-site Research and Working Condition Analysis (3-5 working days) 

The technical team conducts on-site research, comprehensively collects core data such as dust type, concentration, production parameters, installation space and environmental protection requirements through on-site observation, data detection, communication with the customer's production responsible person, etc., forms the "Working Condition Analysis Report" and submits it to the customer for confirmation.

Step 3: Scheme Design and Quotation (5-7 working days) 

Based on the confirmed "Working Condition Analysis Report", the technical team completes the personalized dust removal scheme design and issues detailed design drawings and scheme descriptions (including equipment type, technical parameters, dust removal effect prediction, operation and maintenance cost analysis, etc.); The business team formulates a detailed quotation according to the design scheme (including equipment cost, installation cost, training cost, after-sales cost, etc.), and submits the scheme and quotation to the customer for review simultaneously.

Step 4: Scheme Confirmation and Contract Signing (1-3 working days) 

The technical team professionally answers the customer's questions about the scheme and optimizes the scheme according to the customer's reasonable needs; After the scheme is confirmed, both parties negotiate contract details (delivery cycle, payment method, installation cycle, after-sales guarantee clauses, etc.), sign a formal cooperation contract, and the customer pays the advance payment.

Step 5: Production and Manufacturing (15-45 working days, adjusted according to equipment complexity) 

The production department organizes production work such as raw material procurement, component processing and equipment assembly according to the confirmed design drawings and contract requirements. During the production process, the technical team follows up the quality control throughout the process and regularly feeds back the production progress to the customer; Customers can be invited to conduct on-site acceptance at key nodes (e.g., customized selection of core components, equipment trial assembly).

Step 6: Installation, Commissioning and Trial Operation (3-10 working days, adjusted according to equipment scale) 

After production, arrange a professional installation team to go to the site, coordinate with the customer in advance for pre-preparatory work such as installation site and water and electricity access, and complete equipment installation and pipeline connection as planned; After installation, conduct comprehensive commissioning, carry out equipment trial operation, record operation parameters and dust removal effect, ensure all indicators meet the standards, and submit the "Installation and Commissioning Report" and "Trial Operation Report" to the customer.

Step 7: Personnel Training and Acceptance Delivery (1-2 working days) 

Conduct special training for customer operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they master equipment operation and maintenance skills; After the training, organize the customer to conduct final acceptance. After passing the acceptance, the customer pays the balance, and we deliver a complete set of technical data (design drawings, operation manual, maintenance manual, etc.) to complete the equipment delivery.

Step 8: After-sales Guarantee (Long-term) 

Provide after-sales guarantee services such as regular inspection, fault maintenance and supply of wearing parts in accordance with the contract; Establish customer files, conduct regular return visits, understand the operation status of equipment, and provide customers with equipment optimization and upgrading suggestions.
